My complaint:

I called this particular dominos at 7pm and waited about an hour around 8:50 pm which is the normal waiting time for this location. I called 8:55 because the tracker said it was on the way considering I live 5 minutes away I was curious to know if they’ve gotten confused with addresses or was there something I could do to help. I called 8 times and they just hung up. It did not say busy they picked up the call and hung up. On the 9th attempt I asked politely if everything was ok and the young Hispanic lady (I am Hispanic as well) for discription purposes only, answered making noises as if she was smaking her lips and telling me the order left right now do you want it or not. I asked why they kept hanging up and no response.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

No one helped and I didn't push the matter because similar things have happened in this dominos, where I have waited 2 and a half hours before pandemic and they just don't deliver at all. Employees are somewhat hostile but I'd thought I'd say something because my family and I love Dominos and it's the only one in our city entirely.
