I ordered late tonight and they called and said they don’t have any drivers. I understand that things can happen but this is a actually the 3rd time this has happened. I talked to the manager Dillon and he said they have a shortage on drivers. I said well I think you need to address that issue. I order food from y’all 34 days a week. The manager Dillon did not offer any compensation. All he said was he wound out the money back on my card. That’s it. It’s just very aggravating to make an order online. Pay for it and then have them call you 5 min later to say they don’t have drivers. This is a huge company problem that needs to be fixed. I’m sure I’m not the only one that had had this issue.
Hire more drivers. Have the managers give some type of compensation if they can't deliver your food after you already paid for it. I am attaching the voicemail that they sent about 5 min after I placed and paid for the order online.
