My complaint:
I am visiting from out of town. This specific dominos has denied me from picking up my order before because they indicated carryout time cuts off at 10:00 p.m. yet delivery is available til 11:00p.m. that time I asked them to deliver it outside the store, that didnt work.
This time, remembering the last incident, I ordered before 10:00 p.m. and was again denied service. Door was locked when I arrived. Sign on the door clearly states it should have been open. I knocked and waited. They looked at me like I was stupid until I started calling inside. A guy opened the door and started they were short handed and closed early. I asked even though walkins were welcome until 10:00, which I was more than willing to work with due to the corno virus or whatever reason they previously gave on my last visit. Anyways, my pizza wasnt there so I left. I called up there to get the working managers name and the lady explained they were closed early for maintenance…I dont care why they were closed, it irked my nerve they didnt have the balls to call me or email me in regards to my order. Which is also what they did on the previous visit. I did say something rude to the lady as I was frustrated having wasted my time and money coming up there while I had a family at home waiting on me. I got a call back from a rude guy and I told him not to call my number anymore. He then called back i didnt answer so he left a voice mail telling me I couldnt order from there anymore as they had my pizza waiting on me. They are so full of themselves up there. The team needs a better system to handle customers and they overall need a better manager to set a higher degree of integrity for the overall store and the teams work ethic.
Suggested solution:
Honestly, I feel the working manager should be coached and retake any customer service training he might have taken to get where he is. I think it's fair I should be able to order whenever I see fit. I also think it fair I get a free pizza for my trouble. One, not even including the prior experience where I waited and left empty handed.
