My complaint:
I ordered and purchased a takeout pizza on Sunday, July, 5. When I picked up the pizza, the employee who brought it out was not wearing a mask, according to state mandate and to what I believed to be company policy. I said, Shouldn’t you be wearing a mask? HIs reply: Oh, yeah, I can’t find it, and then laughed!
I also saw another employee bring out a pizza for another customer, and he was not wearing a mask either.
Suggested solution:
I messaged your customer service about this on Sunday, but have received no response.
I would like to know that the managerowner of this franchise has been told or reprimanded about this.
