My complaint:
Today Wednesday at approx 6:50 pm…while waiting on my order…i was shaving sone lint balls off my pants….when i asked an employee if my order was ready when he began to yell at me to clean the few dust theat came from my pants…i asked him why was he so rude and disrespectful to me …i said would take of it since i wasn’t leaving yet my food was not ready…he threw rubber gloves and demand i cleaned it NOW and snatched my food away when the other worker was trying to hand it to me….i said i wanted to call the police and yes at this now im being rude right hack….the manager then comes out and gave me my money back…im a resident of the area for over 50 years ….and have always support this restaurant since it opened …your employees need better costumer service in dealing with the public. I will share ny experience with our community that patrons there.
Suggested solution:
Train the staff in dealing with costumers and never allow this behavior to ever happen again....in my neighborhood someone else would have handle this situation different
