My complaint:
I was on hold trying to order two orders of specialty chicken for 19 minutes. I was able to drive from Oakland California to Domino’s Pizza in Hayward California and was still on hold when I walked into the store. I told them I was on hold for 19 minutes and showed them and they said I still had to order over the phone. they then picked up the line that I was still on hold and took my order.
Suggested solution:
They should have gave me my food free! I drove 20 mi on hold to get their food. At least give me a discount or half off or something because that was absolutely wrong of them!
