My complaint:
I had placed an order through the Domino’s app worth 723rs . I had used a gift coupon of Rs500 and agreed to pay the remaining in Cash , my coupon was redeemed but order failed after a good 30 mins. I called the customer care number , were I was told that I would have to wait 24full hours before I can get my coupon back .And then was asked to order On cash full or go hungry. Basically calling me out for being poor.I have the audio recording of the call.When I asked for a senior my phone was disconnected.
Is that how your company treats their customers ?That’s how you treat students for not being financially well off ?So you expect me to go hungry for the next 24hours ?.
This is gross elitist behaviour .
Suggested solution:
Returning my 500 rs money , not as a coupon but money , so that I can take my business elsewhere , and I suppose expecting compensation for wasting my time , effort and having to go hungry.
