My complaint:
11-29-20 I ordered 2 orders of wings and 2 medium pizza’s from Gilmer Tx, Dominos. I came up to Domino’s drive thru window and they greeted me and gave me a total. I wasn’t sure if my total was correct because I thought I had ordered stuff for 5.99 (or that’s at least what they have on the website) but I didn’t so I asked about my total. I’m not sure where the confusion came in at because the manager said I had a attitude about my total It didn’t matter how much the total was my kids wanted Domino’s that day so I had to buy it. I left and went home and we passed the food around. I get to my part which one 1 box of the wings and my wings where undercooked. I called and talked to the manager MICHAEL JAMES or at least a that’s the name they gave me and he basically called me a liar. All I wanted was for him to write my name down and replace the wings the next time I come through. He told me he couldn’t do that until I brought the wings back. Now I have a attitude because it’s cold and raining outside I wasn’t trying to get back out in this weather. So when I got up there all I asked for was a refund for the wings I brought back.He was being very rude and called me a liar while he was on the phone with his manager. He made like he couldn’t do the refund on the wings so he did a refund on the whole order which I didn’t ask for. I only wanted my wings taking care of!!! I definitely will not be back to this dominos in Gilmer Tx

I been in fast food for over 10 yrs and I have never dealt with any of my customers the way he dealt with me. I have always been taught rather a customer is right or wrong all you do is apologize and fix it. He definitely made his job way harder than it was, because all I wanted was my wings replaced that was it!!
