My complaint:
Today I went to pick up an order at the Dominos on Lewis Ave in Zion, IL. I called to let them know I was there since it’s contactless pick up. I called and the phone just rang. I could see the employees thru the glass and everyone just ignored the phone so I opened the door and the guy in the front (which by the way did not have his face mask on) said you need to call and we will bring it to you. I told him you guys are not picking up the phone and I have him my name and he said good, he was rude. This is unacceptable.
Suggested solution:
Either training for this young man or put him to work in the back where he doesn’t have to speak with customers.
