My complaint:

Dominos has assured of 0 contact delivery during this pandemic. I had ordered a few times and was happy about the service. However on 24th May I was shocked by the negligence of Dominos. The delivery guys was not in usual Dominos uniform, did not come on the normal delivery vechile and had voilated the so called 0 contact promise. The guy came with another person on a normal bike both were not wearing mask and had got my order in the bag. Normally the delivery comes in dominos vechile and the delivery boy places it in new bag in front of us which was not done in this case. I did not want to risk myself and my family and hence threw away the order. I raised a feedback with Dominos and the reference no is 14505545. I got a message saying we will contact u in 24 hrs. I did not receive a reply and hence sent an email to on 26th May and for a similar response. I have been chasing everyday and keep on getting the same response but no one has contacted me or tried to understand the seriousness of the issue for 10 days now. I am really disappointed and furious.
