Dominos Pizza complaint: No refund after the order was not delivered

My complaint:

I ordered 2 pizzas and a garlic bread. The payment was made online due to current situation of the virus. The orders can be tracked from app and it was despatched. After dispatching the delivery guy was close to my area but then I get a message that my order can’t be delivered.

Suggested solution:

I need a refund.
