My complaint:
Friday June 12th I ordered online to the store I always use and typed in the address where I wanted it delivered to, not the address saved. We waited for the delivery and as we waited my son at home said your pizza is here. I did not order pizza for home. I called the store and whoever answered said well what do you want us to do? Well I would think bring it to the address I want it at. But instead my son had to pack up his disabled daughter and girlfriend in the car and drive across town to my house and pick up his dinner that I ordered to be delivered at his house for graduation. Then getting back to his house they did not include the extra sauces that I ordered.
Suggested solution:
Not be rude on the phone and should have delivered to the right address
