My complaint:
When I originally ordered my pizzas at 2:58pm I ordered online and at 3:22pm I called the store because I checked the tracker and it said my pizza was ready to be picked up. I originally paid for delivery, plus the fee, and I tipped and nothing was done about the error on the store’s end because the CSR stated that someone in the store changed the order to carry-out. I then was told my order would be remade and fresh and after waiting another two almost two and a half hours my pizza was delivered and it was old and cold…I am extremely pissed with the service held at this location and I am a loyal customer and order from dominos ALL the time.
Suggested solution:
I should be compensated for a FULL refund or given a FULL store credit for the amount I paid for on today 61320. They could have even sent a complimentary item for my troubles and didn’t even do that. I was told by the store manager that switched shifts at 5:00 that it was not her problem to fix and that there was NOTHING she could do about it. I then was told I would have to wait and speak to the GM BreAnna whenever she came in later on today 61320 or tomorrow 61420.
