My complaint:
This store sent out the wrong pizza to me they then told me they were going to out a credit on my phone number. I call the store today to use my credit they told me they were going to give me for a pizza THEY messed up and the incredibly rude girl on the phone was giving me attitude and said i had no history at that store and she couldn’t give me a credit. Why would another staff member lie telling me they would put a credit underneath my number and then shes telling me she can’t honour my credit??? Absolutely ridiculous
Suggested solution:
Either refunding me for the pizza they messed up or sending out the right pizza.
