My complaint:

I ordered a pizza last night for the contactless car side pick up. I placed my order at 10:34 pm and was told it be ready between 10:46-10:55pm. I was working late and I figured they were also very busy on a Friday so I arrived at 11:10pm to pick up order. I texted from the parking lot as instructed and was told my order would be right out. However, 10 mins later no pizza so I texted again. I finally went to the door and knocked and was let inside. It took them another 5- 10 mins longer to find my order. I was just very dissatisfied with the level of service I received. I seen the advertisement on television how easy it was to just pick up your order so I tried it, but it was not at all. I will not try this again in the future.

Suggested solution:

I will leave that up to the manager. I just hope this does not continue to happen to others.
