My complaint:
I ordered online recently and chose the contactless delivery option. Actually, the site only gives the option of contactless delivery. I took the time to leave simple instructions on where to leave the order outside my door. After the order was processed, and set for delivery, my phone rang and it was the delivery guy- I chose not to answer because the number was “unknown”. I went to the door and saw him approaching from the driveway. He said I needed to sign the slip? When I went back in the house to find a mask to where and a pen to use, he told me, with an air of disgust, “You don’t need that… You don’t need that.”, i reference to the my choice of wearing a mask during a pandemic. I ignored him.
However, he was not wearing a mask.
I’m not sure what your company policy actually is during the pandemic, but this did not seem responsible on your company’s end of things.
Suggested solution:
Allow contactless delivery and don’t let delivery drivers go maskless unless this is 100% certain.
