My complaint:
I received a notification that my pizza was ready. When arrived at window to receive pizza the employee at the window instructed to pull around to front it will be 2 minutes more. 20 minutes later after noticing several other customers coming and going became frustrated and pulled back around and asked again if pizza was ready when employee turned around and grabbed it off the counter. Not only was the pizza not hot we did not receive our icing for the cinnamon twist.
Suggested solution:
You tell me how you will resolve this issue. I tried calling several times(11 Times) to discuss with a Manager and line was busy.
