My complaint:

Not only did it take an hour to arrive, it was not quite lukewarm and you could tell it had probably sat under a warmer for a while. My order was supposedly being “quality checked” at 12:15pm and the tracking showed the driver didn’t leave the store until 12:45pm. Then, on top of that, the guy didn’t show up until 1:05pm!

Suggested solution:

I think a refund is more than deserved for some cold rubbery pizza. The driver must have taken like 4 smoke breaks on his way here.
