My complaint:

I chose dominos pizza today for the sole purpose of utilizing the carside pick up option. I arrived based on the time frame i was provided upon placing my order. I sent a text to notify the store I was there and put on my hazards. I waited 10 minutes with no text notification to wait nor did anyone come to my car. I called the store and was placed on hold immediately. I went in at this point, picked up my pizza and went home to open up a box of cold pizza.

Suggested solution:

A new order another day for free.
