I ordered the same thing because I enjoyed it today before I spoke to the lady two days in a row today I called back, because when they delivered my order, I had ranch all over my chicken which normally when I ordered my chicken I leave it plain because it makes the chicken soggy. This is why I get my wings ran through three times. I call back to Domino’s and spoke to the woman that placed my order her name was Casey Katie , she started screaming saying I do this all the time she can give me my order history and if I do that again, she will get the company to band and block my number and I will never be able to order again from them. I told her hold on you must be having me confused with someone else , I do share a shared line but we all have different numbers different addresses as well. She say no you do this all the time I say how do I do that when I just ordered from you last night and the day I haven’t ordered from you all you guys at all in months She hangs up the phone I called back. I speak to another young lady and ask her can she give me her managers name she tells me to hold on I can hear the manager in the background of the store screaming she walks back to the phone. The young lady that answered the phone and hung the phone up in my Face , I called back I was able to get Katie back on the phone. I asked her was she the manager that I was speaking to I also took my Other Phone at this time and started doing a video. She stated yes that she was trying to help me she was trying to send me my order out. I told her don’t send it out Because I don’t want anyone talking nasty or being nasty making my food. I stop eating immediately so my sub I couldn’t even finish because I just felt some type of way and I told her that I wanted her name and could she give me corporate number she explained that She had already told her supervisor and if I wanted corporate number it was on the receipt. I explained to her I didn’t have a receipt she hung the phone up I called back again. She said I said all I’m trying to do is get corporate number I do not want you to send the food out. Might fact when your GM manager gets up there in the morning I’m a bring them the food back at this point I don’t even want anything from you all she told me that was fine I could do what I wanted to do and proceeded to hang up the phone again I expressed to the lady well if she can go back on the record, she would see that I never get any sauce on my wings, and besides the wings that they had signed out was not all flats, it was drenched in something that smells heavy, and looks like ranch. I was treated like a animal I was treated as if I didn’t spend my hard earn money never ever will eat to this place again nor will my family friends or anyone I know either. I will be contact someone higher about this issue because this seems to be a problem probably forEVER BLACK PERSON THAT SAY THEIR ORDER WAS WRONG
I’m going to resolve it in a better way but my black people who live in The areas of Palatka fl be aware that the manager Katie is racist. She does not like Black people and she probably will spitting your food. If you call and complain about your order, she hates her job the way I heard her screaming in the background at the worker when I asked for her to speak to her, was disgusting be aware of this place.
