My complaint:
Juan, the employee that attended me when I had arrived gave me the total and I said there was probably a misunderstanding because I had order the special for 5.99 and he explain me why my total was $13.12 but with an attitude I said well I would appreciate it if next time they can explain that thru the phone. And asked me madly if I wanted them or not and I said yes. He went to the back and came back throwing me 3 peppers packages at me and I got pissed off because first of all he started with an attitude then he throws products at me??? That’s not the way I do business with anybody. I mean no manners, no customer service experience at all!!!!
Suggested solution:
Please train your employees. Teach them customer service. That guy looked like he already had a bad day since before I came in.
