My complaint:

Walked in to pickup my Sandwich and noticed worker not wearing mask or gloves and was touching my sandwich with her hands. I questioned her about why she was not wearing a mask or gloves and she said that it was “hot”. I told her that I don’t know if any of her saliva had gone into my sandwich while she was making it and therefore request her to make me a new one. I told her that I would wait, but she said that I could not wait inside, so I went out and sat in my car. While sitting there I thought she could be sabotaging my sandwich or doing something without me seeing this. I therefore left! This totally annoys me when Dominos shows a commercial on TV that they don’t touch their products ….from the oven to their box and the last person that would touch it would be the customer….Really???… also they advertise that their sandwiches sell for $5.99 yet I was charged $7.99 tax…$8.65! Is Dominoes giving us FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! This needs to be corrected, especially with workers not wearing mask or gloves!! This virus I’m sure you all know is no joke!!!

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Have their workers take this situation seriously and have them wear a mask and gloves especially when working with food!! They need to warn them that this is serious matter and it’s no freakin joke! Further any customer complaints concerning matters like this is cause for termination! Also what they advertise on TV regarding price changes should immediately be changed amongst all Dominoes restaurants.
Not abiding by these rules makes them look STUPID! Why advertise safety and price changes when your restaurants are seriously not doing their job.
