My complaint:
My husband I walked into the Dollar General market here in Jefferson, TX on Nov 30,2023 to get a few things, had a basket of three things 2 lady’s walked up to us saying my husband didn’t scan items cussed out another girl. (My husband doesn’t go into that store very often without me company him) anyways they apologized the third girl came over with the other two stating this is the guy (my husband) who cussed her out didn’t scan his items. Needless to say they told us to get out we couldn’t be there. But they wouldn’t show us proof (like a video of this happening) said they would call the cops. So we ended up just throwing the basket down left…. Went to family dollar instead…. I’ve worked in customer service for several years. You can’t just get rude with a paying customer tell them to leave because they look like someone else. You have to have proof C/T them from the property. We would like something done with this situation. Thanks

A apology would be nice, but also want something done with these 3 ladies that approached us
