My complaint:
I pulled into the parking lot at 8:50 customer walked into the store as I pulled in and the parking lot was almost full maybe 5 empty spots I got out and a worker was outside smoking she yelled across the parking lot that I could not come in because they were closed I looked at my phone and the time was 8:52 I told her I still had 7 minutes and I just needed to grab one item she said that they have already shut down early for the night but the whole store was full. So I turned around and got back into my car a left. I’m tired of the employees making up times for this location and closing when they get ready the weather was fine so there was no need for them to close early can you please do something about this situation it’s hard when this is the only store within a 30 minute drive and not knowing if the store hours apply today or not it’s aggravating what is the purpose of having a store that is not always open when it should be and the sad part is that it is a woman in her late 40s early 50s that should know to keep the store open it’s not a teenager doing this! Please hire a new staff that is willing to work the correct store hours!

Hire a new staff this has been going on for the past 10-11 months
