My complaint:
This store isn’t 6 months old!
It was actually never completely finished. The sign out front looks like it’s gonna fall over and blow into traffic. The lights in the store don’t properly work. Nobody is ever around to help. There is more garbage blowing around the store property than the local dump. Our community is worse off with this store. Family dollar which has been. Next door for years never presented any of these problems. If I was in management and went to the Mamers NC location, I’d fire everyone and start over. Obliviously family dollar only came to our town to steal the good folks money. Sadly enough there isn’t even a good job opportunity with this dump.
Suggested solution:
Get a dumpster. Clean that st home up. Bring the store lights, signs, and property into proper working order. Hire a manager who cares about the community, pay them a respectable wage to take care of your profit box. Give back a little and quit makes profit your ONLY priority
