My complaint:
I had stopped at my local Dollar General on my way home from work to grab a couple things. Wjen I pulled into the parking lot I heard yelling. I still decided to get out my car and go get my things figured it was none of my business. Then I noticed the store manager of the other dollar general in lucasville store number 8411 was yelling at the assistant manager of the store I was at store number 17408 as she was trying to get in her car and leave. Then the manager of 8411 start calling the girl horrible names as she ran over to her car and started beating on her car windows saying she was gonna do physical harm to the girl. The girl put her car in drive and rushed out of the parking lot.
Now the store manager of 17408 has been working multiple double shifts to cover the assistants shifts because the girl is scared to come back to work. And as far as I was informed there isn’t being anything done to the manager that was trying to assault the girl. Apperently she still has her job and nothing has happened but yet no one is helping the girl that this happened to or the manager who is stuck working these shifts . Where is the DM and why arnt they doing anything. Doesn’t sound like a place anyone should work.
Suggested solution:
The manager needs something done so this girl can return to work. This shouldn\'t be allowed to happen.
