My complaint:
This is about the 10th time I have visited this business during the hours of operation and they are not open. The manager is always 15-20 min late getting there and then another 10-15 minutes to get the place open. Right now it is 815am and they are still not opened.
Suggested solution:
Monitor the facility for awhile to make sure they are open when they are suppose to be.
