Dollar General complaint: money taken from me and employees refused to give it back

My complaint:

Today on march 24th I tried uploading 30.00 on my debit card at the dollar general store here in floydada, I waited about a hour and never received it on my card. It usually only takes about 30 minutes so after a hour or little more went by I went back to dollar general and the girl working said to call my bank so I drove back home and called my bank and they told me that my 30 dollars had been declined and that I should return back to the store and receive my refund. But when I returned to dollar general to get my refund the girl employee refused to give me my refund, I still have the reciet and I have my bank statement showing I haven’t received it so to me the employee pretty much stole my money!!!

Suggested solution:

Refund me my money amedietly!!! I just lost my job so 30.00 dollars is alot to me right now!
