My complaint:
I typically go into this store every couple of days and purchase milk for my son and a case of soda. This morning like any other time I ran into the store after dropping my son off at school. As soon as I place the milk in my cart, a worker comes up to me stating she saw me stealing the other day. She couldn’t show me anything except a photo of me walking into the store. Couldn’t tell me what day this supposedly happened and I advised her I’ve never stolen from this store. I have a receipt for every time I’ve purchased at this store either a paper receipt or a charge on my bank. The last time I was in here was Tuesday and I have a charge for an $18 purchase which was a 12 pack of Mt dew, milk and chocolate milk, and one of the tubs of ice cream from the cooler. The blonde woman was outside smoking and the self checkout was frozen so I did walk out the door to grab the blonde worker. However, This worker did not care to listwn to what i had to say nor see my receipt or the charge on my bank account. She then took my cart from me and told me I am banned from her store. 😤 This was very unprofessional and she’s honestly lucky I was caught off guard by this or she would have gotten cussed out for accusing me of something I have PROOF that I did not do! to be honest I’m not sure if this was a woman or a man considering IT had short hair like a man but a feminine voice. Regardless, I used to manage a dollar general so I would never steal from one and I would have never attacked a customer like this especially since it’s against DG policy to do so. So now I am banned from a store for no reason. Which if she has me on camera supposedly walking out of the store without paying she would have seen me walk back inside with the blonde worker and her ring up my purchase. She needs to be fired for how she handled this situation.

I WAS WRONGFULLY BANNED, I NEED TO BE UNBANNED AND THIS WORKER/MANAGER/WHATEVER S/HE IS NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!!
