My complaint:
I am a frequent visitor at this location, every time I go there, there’s no baskets for shopping, I’m witnessing people run out of the store with unpaid merchandise, I notice two women there during the day, I don’t know their names, but both women are always very friendly and polite, hard workers, but when I go there in the evening hours, it’s like total chaos, there’s no order to the store, I’ve noticed a younger female and male on staff, the younger lady is always on her phone, the blue eyed younger gentleman is always here and there, I really think the company should invest in security, more baskets for shopping, and I will say, they certainly need more employees like the two ladies during the day, they are always working hard keeping their location clean and tidy, I really do enjoy going during the day time, usually between 9-3pm or so.
Suggested solution:
Security would be wonderful, better service during the evenings, and appropriate music would be great, and the two Ladies during the day need a raise, they certainly deserve it.
