My complaint:

There was a sign hanging above the Mr. Pibb that said 2 liter Mr. Pibb and Fanta $.85. I bought several and when the first one rang up it showed 1.25. I informed the cashier of the mistake. She told me I needed to buy in quantities of 3. I counted and had my son go get one more. After I paid I noticed on my receipt I did not get the discount. I returned to the store and she informed me that she’d have to call her boss. She called a small framed woman up front and we walked over to the shelf. There was no expiration date on the coupon like she said there would be. I pointed that out to her and she replied they must not be on sale. She said she would just remove the signs. I asked if I got them for the price and she said no! I told her I should, I believe if they advertise for one price I was supposed to get them for that she said, I wasn’t going to. I told her I should report her and she said, do what I need to do. I asked her what her name was and she said Christy.

Suggested solution:

I should receive a call and apology, the price should be made right and Christy should be counseled and trained, at minimum.
