My complaint:
The store is not stocked and the people know trucks are going to this location.
The workers are always out side smoking talking on phone. When in store just standing around talking. A few times they are working but not many. you can go toward the back when storage room is partial open and you can see stuff still in boxes and never put out. No medicines on shelves, toilet paper, paper towels,
food hardly. the other day milk was sitting in the isle and no one was around to put in cooler. I started to do it for them.,…….. I have been going to Family Dollar and their business has double because nothing is on the shelves in this store.
Suggested solution:
You need to get a new manager and a whole new staff that is willing to work.
Ever who the manager is does not know how to manage or the store would not be in this shape. Some corporate people need to show up without notifying you are coming. Travel to other stores just to shop with Dollar General and this should not have to happen with one local.
