My complaint:
It is currently 27° outside all the employees are working inside without heat. As a customer I have the option to turn around and walk back out but as an employee they are required to stay there for a 8-hour shift so that they can provide for their families and pay their bills. Working in cold conditions according to OSHA it has to be 68° minimum inside the building. It’s pretty bad when it is cold enough for your milk to freeze when you take it out of the cooler. This is now a three day long process that has not been taken care of. Even space heaters aren’t justifiable!!!!!
Suggested solution:
Stop making employees freeze in the winter time keep the heat on!!!
Poor employees!!
It is so pathetic that employees have to freeze while they work!!
Wearing snow pants in side because it so cold!! And a winter hat!!
This is cruel punishment and employees should not have to work in these conditions!!
Someone better be fixing this problem for the employees!!!
