My complaint:
I tried to purchase a few items this morning at the New Cumberland location, I could not get to any of the aisles because of roll offs in front and in the aisles. Not only is this very inconvenient to the customer, It is also a danger to your customers, If there was ever a fire there is no way for anyone to get out of the store safely. I have even considered calling the West Virginia Fire Marshall to investigate this recurring problem. I will not be shopping in your stores any longer.
Suggested solution:
Stock shelves after the store hours and only have one roll off on the floor at a time. Convenience and safety for your customers.
