My complaint:
I bought a cellphone from the store on February 4,2022. On getting home and trying to activate realized the phone didn;’t work and needed to return it. Took the phone back to the store on Febrauary 5,2022 and the same ladies trhat checkjed me out the day before were there and they wouldn’t alllow me to return the item saying they cant return it. Then thry toldf me they could but couldn’t give me cash. So I asked if we could speak with someone else and they said yes went to the back and called the police and had me trespassed from the store.
Suggested solution:
They should fire ther two young ladies and compensate me for my phone a nd now my legal issues. Nowhere in writing does it state in there policy that you cannot return cellphones if they are opened so now im in trouble for doing the right thing because they dont have there policies right
