My complaint:
I went to my bank on March 12th to have 2500 taken off my Direct Express card and it was declined. I’ve done this often and have had 10, 000 taken off at one time. Not sure why it was declined because the funds were there. After several conversations with them while I’m still at the bank they stated from there end the bank received the funds. The bank sent them information showing they did not receive any funds. I’ve talked to several different people at direct express and been told my money will go back on my card in 7 days, 10 days and as of today I have not received my 2500 back on my card. I have please with this company about my funds and not able to get groceries or anything else I need at this time because of someone else’s error.
Suggested solution:
Return me my 2500 right away
