Direct Express complaint: Won’t release funds saying fraud activity and I have my card!!

My complaint:

For almost a week now my car has been locked to fraudulent activity there has not been no fraudulent activity I hold position of my card getting a run around with the Social Security office back and forth have provided all the information needed to prove that I am who I am and they still don’t want to release the funds I and getting a run around and now you’re getting late on my bills and I’ve done everything they wanted and still have not been able to resolve the situation due to their lack of communication with the Social Security office

Suggested solution:

By taking the fraudulent activity off my account and released my money!!!!!
