My complaint:
I tried to use my Direct Express card twice and declined both times? So I called customer service and when I put my card number in it’s saying system is temporarily unavailable try again in 30 minutes? It was me that did the transactions so I don’t know what the problem is?

I’m having this same problem! Idk what to do.
I just got through by using the option that i am a new customer waiting on a card. The person said the system is down and they can not do anything until it is back up. This is the second month in a row I have had an issue with this company. SSI needs to get a better company to handle payments. My landlord is not gonna believe I am having trouble again this month with my card.
