My complaint:

They freeze my card so I can’t get into my money with no notification. But when there’s actually a fraudulent charge they do nothing except accuse me or my kids of fraud. I’ve been charged fees because of them freezing it. I’ve lost several thousand dollars to fraud. They are rude and they are criminals

Suggested solution:

Give me my money back and unfreeze my card!
