My complaint:

I had several charges come out of my account. They kept taking different amounts untill all the money was gone. I had to stay on the phone for up to 8 hours a day for several weeks. They make the process so hard that many people just cannot keep jumping through their hoops to get their money back. After several weeks of being hung up on and on hold all day they sent a letter saying I would not be getting a refund. I could not prove fraud. I did everything they told me to. None of the items were sent to me. They never investigated anything. I lost over 1100 dollars. I have 2 kids. My husband just passed away and they let someone clean my account out. I was not able to buy groceries for a month ! I think everyone needs to get the same lawyer and sue the company that Direct is with. My account is not correct right now. I think money has been taken out again and I can’t stand to think I’m fixen to be on the phone again for weeks for them to do nothing I can find pictures of the charges if I need to. Thanks. .
