My complaint:
On 4182022 I noticed a withdrawal from my card then out on 4172022 in the amount of $297.14. I did some investigating and found that I did NOT know the name, or authorized that amount taken from my account I then immediately called the dispute a transaction and they sent me out some paperwork to do. I received a denial letter very quickly and they based their decision solely on me checking in on it. I called and the man I spoke with acknowledged that they found no such name a fraudulent phone number and the denial was based on what I thought was the right thing to do before I filed the dispute. I am asking if you could look into this and have the money put back on my card. I only get a disability check and that was a very sizeable amount.
