My complaint:
I was in jail and reported my direct express card missing in November of 2020. During the time I was in jail. Someone drained my disability for almost a year. Stole my $1600 stimulus check in total $9000 them claim it was only $6226 but did not pay that either. They denied my dispute even knowing I had not withdrew the money. They gave someone else my card and my pin while I was in jail now I’m homeless and lost everything I owned. They owe me a lot more that $9000 now because I’m already disabled now I’m homeless have no vehicle and had been admitted for mental break downs for the past 2 month I want my money they were respnsible
Suggested solution:
I want my money ,they had my information they got my benefits. They were supposed to protect my money. They owe me the money they lost. I want it ,it's mine and I'm homeless beacause of them
