My complaint:
Someone took my money off my card don’t know why direct express let this happen after they kept trying to make withdrawals and it keep declining why not after 3 declines why didn’t they cut the card off or me
Suggested solution:
Let me dispute this transaction it keeps hanging me up can't talk to an actual person have me on hold for 2 and 3 hours just to hang me up Everytime I need my money
