My complaint:
Filed a dispute approx Aug 25 2020 have year to recive paper work to reimburse my funds of $500 that was fraudulently takin from my account. Have called and called been transferred to dispute department and on hold for hours. I was told once the paperwork was sent back and they will send again it’s now Oct 10 th still no paperwork I need my money. Have filed with complaint biz
