My complaint:
Direct Express has pit a recording when you call customer service and ask for a person it state high calling call back later..for 3 day every 30 minutes from 8 am to 7pm I tried and nothing!! These people are the only ones that can help me with my card it still hasn’t came In and now customer service blocked us to speak to anyone!! I have Bill’s and need to know where my pre paid card is this is stupid

Have customer service answer the phone we call for help and questions this is all new to me I haven't received my card have no one to help me figure out what is going on direct Express was chosen and they are truly doing a shitty job......I got Bill's I have been waiting 14 years for this and they just dont bother if there such a high value of calls get more people to answer there are people like me that are in need of your assistance you should have know how high the call volume was going to be but instead you put a recording stating to call back at letter time it's been a week I still haven't had your time this is wrong
