My complaint:
On February 3 2020 I went to purchase a money order and my pin wouldn’t work so I spent over 5 hours on hold and they told me someone in Florida ordered a new card I live in Missouri so they shut down that card and said I would receive my new card in 2 business days which would of been sent on the 4! This is the 9th and I still haven’t received my new card! I try calling and all I get is we are experiencing high call volume and tells you to call back later and it disconnects you! I need my money to pay my bills! I have read a lot of reviews and this company shouldn’t be aloud to handle Social Security or Veterans money if they aren’t secure! Please help!

The Treasury even knows about this companies complaints and they still allow them to manage our money! Just read the Better Business Bureaus reviews on Direct Express! I don’t know who to get ahold of to handle this problem! I live on disability and can’t afford a lawyer! I think people should be aware and not use direct express to get there benefits!
