Direct Express complaint: Very Rude Supervisor, 2 hours on hold and still No Check!

My complaint:

DE is changing over to a new system which we are to get new cards. So I called this morning was on hold for 1hr and 3mins before I was hung up on. The second call I was placed on hold for 30min and hung up on a second time. The third time after being on hold for approximately 45mins, a young man said I’d have to be transferred back to the card department and placed on hold an additional 20min only to have a lady, never gave her name but said she was a supervisor, answer the phone abruptly, not pausing to give me a chance to answer yes to one question before cutting me off telling me I’d have to put my old card number in and remain on hold again until I was hung up on for a third time. Now im on hold for the 4th time as I’m typing this. And I still dont know where my check is and I’m on oxygen 24hrs for COPD and I’m sure my electricity and phone will be cut off for nonpayment cause I have no check.

Suggested solution:

Give me my check asap and possibly direct express should be liable for late reconnect fees should they be turned off.
