My complaint:
I have a direct express card that I get my pay for disability.i get paid on the 3rd of the month.On that day I checked my direct express and had 200 dollars on my card. I immediately called direct express and filed a dispute.They sent me a letter statting my claim was denied. Someone was taking off my card for a couple months.i didn’t didn’t recognize a lot of charges.over a month and a half the charges added up to be over 1200 dollars.i can’t believe they denied me the right to get my money back.im broke today and this has going on since August 1, 2022.
Suggested solution:
I think I should get my money back. That's the least direct express can do for me.
