My complaint:

I can’t use my card for anything..keeps saying denied.. one website even said it was expired but it doesn’t expire until 2027. I can’t buy groceries and my bills are coming up.. I can’t pay my bills without using my card. It has all my money on it. And I can’t get customer service either for 2 days now. Every time I call after answering the s it says they are busy and I can try to call back then hangs up.. I don’t know what to do

Suggested solution:

Tell me why my card is being denied. And fix it so I can use it. I need groceries and to pay my bills and buy Christmas presents
