My complaint:

I filed a dispute with Direct express because a lot of charges that were taken off my direct express card.it was in the amount of 1200 dollars.That is over a month if disability pay.it took forever for the bank to investigate the claim.My claim was denied and did not get any money back They said it was authorized by me. That is not true.Thats my only income.i tried to get direct to reopen my case.After my card was hacked, I opened a checking account for direct deposit.Not long after that, Commerce bank put a freeze on my card because someone was trying to get into my account.This has been going on since August 1st.My anxiety and stress has been high.Disability is my only income.As of now, I am struggling

Suggested solution:

At the very least, give my money back.They should be insured. I have gone through a lot of hardship financially since that all happened to me
